These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mysupershop (the "Service"), a retail shop management platform. By registering a shop or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

mysupershop provides point-of-sale billing, inventory management, staff management, customer loyalty, and reporting tools for retail shops. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate business and contact information when registering a shop.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTP access to your account and for all activity carried out by employees you add.
• One mobile number is tied to one shop owner account. Branch shops operate under the parent shop owner's account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• New shops receive a free trial period as configured by us at the time of signup.
• After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription plan.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly/yearly) via our payment gateway.
• Plans may be upgraded or downgraded; changes take effect as described at checkout.
• Failure to renew a subscription may result in restricted access after a grace period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, including tax and consumer protection regulations.
• Store or process data you do not have the right to collect from your customers.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all business and customer data you enter into the Service. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by mysupershop and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of sales data due to factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain unpaid beyond the grace period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where mysupershop is registered.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
